Adrian Dooley - "No real magic solutions to project delivery" [Video]

Adrian Dooley, lead author of the Praxis Framework , spoke to the sold-out audience at the APM Project Management Conference 2015 sponsored by 20|20 Business Insight about the myths of project delivery. 

He told the audience that when it comes to solutions for project delivery, there are “no magic solutions”. He said that there are a lot “of the basics that have made projects run well and in this constant quest for the latest big idea, the latest silver bullet, we tend to lose our focus on those simple ideas and that contributes towards project failure”

Adrian was joined by Dr Linda Holbeche, co-director of Holbeche Partnership in the delivery myth stream and she spoke to the audience about the agile affect. 

She said that “organisation agility is about far more than using agile methods that we know and love. It’s about a real mind-set shift and a change of culture needed if organisations are really going to move fast enough to survive and thrive.”
