Wood Group PSN win ECITB awards

APM Accredited Provider 20|20 Business Insight and APM Corporate member Wood Group PSN both won awards at the recent Engineering Construction Industry Training & Development (ECITB) Awards 2015.

Wood Group PSN (pictured top) won three awards in all of the categories that they were finalist for including the Innovation in Learning Award.

The oil and gas services company also collected the Skills & Training Charter (Large Employer) Award with UK head of electrical and instrument design Ron High picking up the Leadership in Learning trophy.

20|20 business Insight win ECITB awardUp against Aberdeen Fluid Systems and Hydratight, APM Conference and APM Awards sponsor 20|20 Business Insight (pictured bottom) won the award for training provider of the year.

The awards ceremony celebrated the successes and accomplishments of individuals, companies and training providers within the engineering construction industry and was sponsored by a number of leading engineering companies.

The winners were announced earlier this month at The Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden, London presented by Wendy Gibso.

David Edwards ECITB chief executive said: "These awards are a significant recognition of the efforts and commitment of the people within our industry. Maintaining the skills and talent pool is imperative in securing the industry's future.

“My congratulations go out to all the nominees, finalists and winners who are all excellent examples of the fantastic companies and people of the engineering construction industry.”
