Just one week remains until the APM Scottish Conference 2016 opens its doors to the project management community.

Held at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre in the heart of the city, the event will explore how we can evolve as a profession in order to unlock high performance through continuous improvement.

The conference falls at a time which sees enormous change throughout Scotland. Demand for world class project professionals to deliver change and benefits within tight budgets and on enormous scale in both public and private sector organisations can be seen across the board.

This has led to enormous pressures on the project community to continually evolve and adopt new ways of working and skills needed to ensure we continue to deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality in the world.

Thanks to a line of industry leading speakers including the recently announced Roger Querns, programme director, EGIP, Network rail, the daylong conference will allow delegates to walk away with new skills and the latest tactics to enhance and optimise performance on current and future projects.
