Good governance – the key to successful projects, agile or otherwise

On Thursday 23 March, Roger Garrini, from the APM Governance Specific Interest Group introduced the interrelationship between corporate governance and project management to APM Members and guests in Birmingham.

The importance of sound corporate governance is becoming more widely recognised throughout industry. The presentation explained the effect that good governance would have on an organisation’s ability to deliver projects well.
