How to measure performance and improvement?

On Monday 8th May, Andrew Hudson Founder and CEO of Change Director UK Ltd presented his ideas on how to measure performance and so drive business improvement in Northampton.

During an interesting presentation, Andrew highlighted the fact that there was a significant productivity gap between the UK and most of the other G7 countries. It had been estimated that better productivity could add as much as £130bn Gross Valued Added (GVA) to the UK economy each year.

Andrew went on to describe how sensible measuring and monitoring of key business parameters could lead to significant productivity improvements.
